1.  Maintain the awning - clean the awning of any mold and mildew
2.  Check Roof for cracks - clean and apply sealant if necessary
3.  Generator - Run the generator for at least 10-15 minutes to circulate fuel
4.  Maintain Slides - Lube slide rails at least once a year
5.  Add Fuel Additive to remove any moisture in the fuel tank
